I joined this site and after a week saw that it wasn’t performing like I had hoped. The amount of people available and the amount I liked and messaged versus how many of them viewed my profile. So I was unhappy after a week and called customer service for a refund. They refused to give me one, said I only had 2 days to do that. I told them just prorate it for the week I used. They refused and have stuck me with a service I don’t want for 6 months. SO REMEMBER IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL YOU HAVE 2 DAYS!!!

Can’t believe how bad and devious this site is. I was amazed at how fast I got a response. Loads of questions from pretty ladies wanting me to reply. Every time I replied money was flying out of my account! I was oblivious to how fast my money was flying out of my bank account! One of the few times I didn’t do my homework. Went straight to my bank and cancelled and blocked everything about this app! DON’T BE THAT FOOL!

Terrible Company. Quick to take your money but provide inadequate Customer Service. Take your business elsewhere, this site has false advertising and ignorance in all aspects. Beware! Try other reputable sites! Avoid!

I have never received even one legitimate response… ever! I believe the site is a scam from top to bottom and as a consistently active member for 9 months, I gave not seen anything to convince me otherwise.

Terrible site. Did the freebie for a couple day’s constantly got emails there was a new match or people viewing my profile. Go to site can’t see anything but buy premium. Wrote get a generic letter back. So out of curiosity I took the bait. What a waste of my 130.00. Very disappointed and can truly see why the rating is 1Star. They send matches to one commonality. Not matches. They also don’t give a percentage on match and then say 100 or 200 miles and they move it to 400+. Not worth the money.

Also would rate a 0 if possible. This site is a complete waste of money and by far the worst one I have ever been on. Matches are very limited and the ones that are sent are never ones I would be interested in. I have been on several other dating sites and had a much better experience.

Membership cancelled months ago. They reactivated my account without my consent and took money from my bank account

All the women on this site are scam you to keep you buying coins just for them to make excuses why they can’t send a recent pic of themselves or they are not ready to make the next step so you keep spending money buying coins just to speak to women there has to be another way.

Have to pay membership to see anything even though it’s supposed to be free. But I got nothing can be done unless you pay for it. Just not what it says to you at all in there are terms and conditions.

Ok so just deleted my profile after yet another frustrating brief stint of swiping left and right (mostly left). I can see that in the few months I’ve been away nothing has changed and It is still hiding all your matches behind a paywall. Because I’ve used the app previously every now and then a “free 1 week trial of premium” offer would flash up, the catch being it would automatically sign you up to a further 3 months – unless you cancelled. Not for me thanks. Out of 3 women I got talking to, 2 didn’t know how to hold a conversation and the other made a lame excuse when I asked her out. Sadly this is not uncommon on dating sites/apps and makes you wonder what people’s real intentions are. Overall another disappointing experience attributed to this site.

Don’t use they will just Rob you blind and when you email them they just tell you nothing they can do don’t use unless you like spending money

There is 0 support. The matches they send are out of area and are not paying members. The profiles NEVER responded to messages. Don’t waste your money!

Customer service is defined by country and Australia is at the bottom end. no refunds. no support. just “no”. the process is ridiculously complicated and completely unrewarding. every chance i get i will warn people away from this platform.

Flaws in the site, like the search area doesnt stay the same. But if it did i wouldnt have met the man of my dreams. So it is great

I just wish it was a little cheaper to talk to more people. And you could narrow the people down that see your profile.

Just total scam

They changed how messaging worked and went full “woke” politically. Really sad to see them decline because I met one of my best girlfriends there like 8 years ago. It’s just not as good of a site today.

Beware ! Looks good, however just another money grabbing heist.You will never meet anyone.Many planted profiles especially when your renewal expires!

YourLatinMates is a scam, it is by far the worst dating website I have ever seen, DO NOT JOIN YourLatinMates. I was scammed twice, NOBODY responds, every thing you try to do you need to pay more. A complete ripoff. If I could give less than a 1, I would. I reported two of the scams while I was on that site to the feds. If you send a message NOBODY responds, you see it look like someone viewed you but NOBODY responds which ells me it’s all a scam, the owners should be arrested

Had a great conversation with someone on YourLatinMates for about a week… going to meet for early dinner and he never showed… ALL THE MEN I’VE MET VIA MESSAGES OR TEXT VIA PHONE are $#*! AND STAY AWAY & DONT GET YOUR HOPES UP… YourLatinMates are truly CON ARTIST.

After I paid my $79 they wanted more money to answer a message from someone. YourLatinMates call it buying more coins I complete rip off Will go get another card so they can’t take anymore money out of my account
