No one wants to talk
There is no thrill at all with this app. No one wants to talk, they just want to get your number right off the bat. Plenty of guys initiate conversation but most all for a date and want to know what to do, like just pick something! Waste of effort
AT first it was a nice site, they appeared to weed out potential scammers, and have met some nice ladies on this site, I would have given them four stars the first several months, but for the last 3-5 months, I’ve been getting 10, then 20 or 30 a day after I complained to the site (waste of effort), they deny there is a problem and say they don’t know about it, check out all the other BAD reviews. The most common one I get is way too young, way OUTSIDE my desired distance and 90% of them have their emails in the their screen names and or phone numbers on their face of main photo, obvious scam techniques

It is ridiculous how they feature nice looking and educated people they cut out of a magazine. There is NO WAY to contact the principals. Nonrefundable regardless
After spending a ridiculous amount of time answering questions, you’ll discover that you have to pay to get any idea of what the available population is like. After paying, you discover that the population is minuscule and that your payment for 3 months is nonrefundable regardless.

This really is an appalling site. After reading the other comments, I could relate to everyone who had raised concerns. £120 lighter for a 3 month membership which would seem to generate fake emails of people expressing interest or making comments on my profile only for me to log in and see no such comments. Absolute fraud with no chance of refund. This was on the 2nd day of paying for a premium membership. Disgusting

This site is a complete rip off and there was absolutely nothing special about the platform or the matches. Many employ profiles, was unable to control the distance (minimum is 50 miles!). Customer service refused to address my concerns and instead just kept sending me useless advice, such as I should ask matches to upload photos! I don’t think so.

Does anyone know how you complain to this site higher senior management?? There are continuously taking money from my account on random occasions without my authorisation using my bank details stored. I have to continuously remove them. I have made several complaints where I receive random replies from random staff no one senior. The issue is completely disregarded. My bank has stated this fraud. It is extremely concerning that a company like this allow such fraudulent activity from staff with no moral compass. Please all be aware!!

A rubbish site.
A rubbish site. I complained to them that it was virtually impossible to pay via their German (debt collection process). No one speaks English. After months of trying I asked whether they would renew the membership from ther date that it was paid rather than the debt payment date requested. Response was that thy would renew it from the payment date only to find that they in effect back dated it and requested a further six months payment on top.

Yes it does work in its own weird ways, You get an option to select age range for people you wish you see your auto- recommendations list and this happens based on your profile that you create. Most of the time the app suggest people who are at-least 3 to 5 years older than me. No clue why. All in all a good app only if it works. do not spend money on it.

When I tried Match a few years back I would get all kinds of messages come to find out they were all fake. All had been generated by Match itself and were done to keep people paying for the site. Match was of course sued over this. So I would just stay away from this site. I am not sure anything has changed.
